Hi, I’m glad you are here, and if you are as passionate about wellness and longevity as I am, I can’t wait to connect with you.
I’m a cancer survivor, mother of three grown sons, and Amazon best-selling author.
I offer you my insights as a women’s hormone expert, gut-health and longevity advocate, and wellness retreat leader. I work with you to uncover the root cause of hormonal imbalances and feel empowered take control of your wellbeing and purpose in life.
As for credentials, I’m a double board-certified Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM/PhD), Amen Clinics-certified Brain Health Coach, hypnotherapist, and hold a Masters in Integrative Medicine. I am also an E-RYT 200 and continued education provider with Yoga Alliance (YACEP), and certified medical and legal interpreter (German/English).
